Some will come and save us.....While most come to destroy us

This last weekend, i got the allergies, and now the cough.  I can hardly talk even though i can clear my voice.  So, now i kinda know that i made a mistake the last time since i thought i was feeling better, but i didn't.  If you want to hear more about my story, then it's on a blog "gaining and losing some pounds".   I mean i hope i don't land up in the doctors office again since i got that bump that turned out to be an infection.  So in order for me not to overdose myself, i'm taking ibprofuen with my one-a-day vitamin.  Anyways i g2g and do some cleaning then i'm gonna work out so until then peace.
